Amidst his link to terrorists saga and the calls for his resignation, The Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr Isa Pantami has been awarded the Most Outstanding Minister of the Year.
The Ministry announced the presentation and recognition in a tweet, revealing that the award was presented to the Minister by People and Power Magazine.
According to the magazine, the award is in recognition of Isa Pantami’s Ministry’s laudable policies such as the revolutionary NIN–SIM Data linkage, the National Digital Economy Policy & Strategy for a #DigitalNigeria.
