Our Lagos, Ogun Churches Will Not Open – MFM

Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministry MFM has announced that its branches and churches in Lagos and Ogun States will not be opening as directed by the Government.
Recall that Sam Adeyemi church Daystar also told its members to stay home despite the reopening order and this led to a huge controversy on the social media space.

In a statement by the Chairman, MFM Media Committee, Pastor Oladele Bank-Olemoh, the church says it will not reopen in the two states until September 13, 2020. This, the statement said is needed to enable the church put in place all the necessary COVID-19 preventive and safety protocols as stipulated by the Federal Government, NCDC and State governments.

The leadership of this ministry is aware that the governments of Lagos and Ogun states had announced that churches could resume worship in their physical church buildings as from August 9 and 16, 2020, respectively.
