Davido has showed Hollywood’s Chris Tucker how to vibe to his viral “Skelewu” dance in Cannes.
Nigerian pop star, Davido stopped his performance at an event hosted by Isabel dos Santos, the daughter of Angola’s former president to honour the “Rush Hour” actor amongst other notable guests that came to party at the gig.
Of course this doesn’t actually happen all the time, and that is why the moment is definitely one for the books. “Last night was deff one for the books!!! Trust We Africa we next!!! See CHRIS TUCKER O lmao,” Davido wrote on Instagram.
“Skelewu” is a 2013 song by Davido, and was produced by Shizzi who was formally HKN Music’s in-house producer. The studio work was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2014 MTV Africa Music Award, but lost to “Khona” by Mafikizolo and Uhuru.
