Ogun State Extends Lockdown By One Week

Governor Abiodun Declares Free Education In Ogun State
Ogun State Government has further extended the lockdown order in the state for a week more, with the existing system of relaxation.
This was made known by governor Dapo Abiodun while speaking at a press briefing held in his office at Oke Mosan, Abeokuta on Friday May 15.Ogun State Extends Lockdown 1 Week Further
According to him, the extension is necessary due to the high level of community transmission of the viral disease and the non-compliance with the safety regulations.

He then warned that any act of smuggling of people, either indigenes or non-indigenes in to the state will not be tolerated, and anybody found contravening the restriction will be immediately prosecuted.
