Nigeria’s Odion Ighalo Offered £400,000-a-week To Reject Permanent Manchester United Transfer

Manchester United loanee and Nigerian striker Odion Ighalo has been offered a new contract extension by his Chinese club Shanghai Shenhua and the deal is worth £400,000 a week for 2 years, in bid to bring him back to his parent club after Man United tried extending his stay in the EPL.

The Chinese club wants to take back their prized jewel and reward him for his good form at United in his 3 starts has 4 goals to his name.
The 30-year-old Nigerian striker’s contract with Man United would expire by May 31st, as reported by SkySports, but there are reports that Man United are working to extend his stay at Man United further than his current loan duration.

Odion Ighalo’s current contract with his parent club Shangai Shenhua is meant to run until December 2022, but the Chinese now intend to extend till 2024 with a bumper increase in his current wages to a £400,000 a week before tax.
