Nollywood actress, Uche Ogbodo says contrary to public opinion, not all actresses engage in ”Ashawo”, a slang for prostitution.

In a post shared on her Instastories, Uche stated that some actresses are hardworking and respect their bodies.

Uche recently came down hard on an Instagram user who implied single mothers may never get married.

The actress shared the post on her social media page on Friday, raining series of insults on the Instagram user @knight_john_hawkwood for his post on single women.

The user had mentioned that 95% of men will never marry a woman who has a child with another man. He claimed this is a statement many will not believe but remains a bitter fact.

“I’m saying the fact, 95% of men will not marry you and another man’s child. Me inclusive.”

Replying to this, Uche Ogbodo addressed the man as being myopic. The actress explained that how would men who lost their spouse in marriage be allowed to remarry while women who faced similar fate are being ridiculed’
