While the general Nigerian Populace was still trying to understand his reason for appointing his sister as the Commissioner for Happiness and Couples Fulfillment, the one and only Governor Rochas Okorocha, has slammed the political community with another shocker as he appointed his cousin, Mr. Uche, as the Imo state Commissioner for Indian hemp. Yes Indian hemp.
Governor Okorocha explained that the office of the Commissioner for Indian hemp is to make sure that the rate at which people smoke Indian hemp is reduced and those involved will be brought to book.
