Not Again! 19 New Cases Of Cholera Has Been Recorded In Adamawa

The Adamawa state Ministry of Health has confirmed that 19 new cases of cholera has been recorded in Mubi North and Mubi South Local Government areas of the state.
Confirming the disease outbreak in a press statement on Monday by the Information Officer of the ministry, Mr. Mohammed Abubakar,

The ministry of health disclosed that so far, a total of 1,227 cases have been recorded within the past one month with 20 deaths, while 19 patients were still on admission at the treatment centre in Mubi General Hospital as at June 10.
He also announced that Hong Local Government has five cases the disease, Maiha Local Government has three cases without death, Mubi North has 526 cases with eleven deaths, while Mubi South has 693 cases with 9 deaths.
