Five managers have been announced for nomination by the Premier League body for the April 2023 Manager of the Month award.
The list of players was announced on the official website of the Premier League on Thursday, May 4th, 2023. Manchester City’s manager, Pep Guardiola was nominated for the award because of the recent of his team.

The Cityzens were unbeaten in April having played 5 games without a defeat, which includes a 4-1 victory over Liverpool and Arsenal.
Former Arsenal manager, Unai Emery got himself a nomination because of the fantastic job he has done at Aston Villa. He took them from 16th place when he joined the club. However, they are looking at the possibility of getting a European qualification.
Crystal Palace’s manager, Roy Hodgson will be looking to win the award for a fifth time. He has guided them to a place out of the relegation zone.

Other managers nominated for the award include, Eddie Howe, Newcastle has recorded six wins from seven have put the Magpies on the verge of UEFA Champions League qualification.
The manager of Bournemouth, Gary completes the list of the Manager of the Month award.
