Nigerian Urban Afro-soul singer Ric Hassani shares his story on Twitter about how difficult he had it at the start of his music career in Lagos.
According to Ric Hassani when he first arrived in Lagos to pursue his dreams has a musician, singer and songwriter no one in the music industry gave him a chance nor even listened to him except the rapper M.I, and so he would forever respect the living legend for all he did for him and so also people should respect him to more because they don’t know his story. Ric wrote in his post;
”I came to lagos, not one person wanted to sign me or even give me an ear expect for the king MI and that was after I dropped Gentleman in 2015, and I’ve been here since 2009. You don’t want to know what I’ve been through, very few know the story. Respect me appropriately, please.”
