‘Nigerians Love Me A Lot Now Because The World Does’- Burna Boy

Nigerian music star, Burna Boy has revealed his perception of the love and attention that he is getting currently from Nigerians. In his interview with Billboard about his album which would be released today, Burna shared his stance on the love being showered on him. This was after he revealed plans about his music which he said he plans to take worldwide. He added that he is currently working on playing in a stadium in China, but first, would go on a 17-date global tour of 1,000- to 3,000-capacity venues starting Aug. 9 in Toronto. While sharing his opinion on the growth of his fanbase here in Nigeria, Burna Boy said: “Nigerians love me a lot more now because they can see that the whole world likes me, too. They think I’m something special, but I’m not. I’m just a human whose skill is making music. Way I see it, everyone plays their own role in the world, and no role is more important than the other.”Photo Credit: Getty
