Following Don Jazzy’s revelation of his first marriage, Nigerians could not help but celebrate and hail D’banj and the other MoHits artistes for keeping this a secret alongside the producer for years.
Don Jazzy had in a long Instagram post shared that he got married about 18 years ago, spent 2 years in the marriage but messed things up as he was so obsessed with his music career (read more).
Going by his revelation, Don Jazzy had gotten married back in 2003 and he founded his music group MoHits with D’banj as the co-founder and first artiste to be signed. The label went on to sign other artists like Wande Coal, Dr SID, D’Prince and K-Switch later on. As the producer finally tells his story, Nigerians could not help but credit these folks for keeping it all a secret for close to 18 years, D’banj especially who had left the group in 2012 as a result of ‘irreconcilable differences’.
Meanwhile, Instagram users have massively stormed Don Jazzy’s ex-wife’s Instagram page. While some are asking if the memories with the Don are still fresh, some are begging as if sent, for her to take the producer back.
