Allegations of fraud have been flying from the All progressive Congress and Peoples Democratic Party with both camps accusing themselves of fraud. This time around, the Governor of Kaduna, El-Rufai has accused PDP of tampering with the results from Enugu. This he shared via his Facebook page where he said that PDP used its ”Chartered and Certified Criminals” to perpetrate malpractice in the state. He said: ”VIDEO: Another evidence of the malpractices and fraud perpetrated by agents of PDP in Enugu State on 23rd February 2019. All results from SE and SS need to be compliant to Smart Card Reader records or OUTRIGHTLY excluded from the votes tally. Chartered and Certified Criminals At Work!!
