Burna Boy to Headline Halftime Show at NFL’s First Regular-Season Game in Paris

Nigerian music star Burna Boy will headline the halftime show at the NFL’s first regular-season game in France, extending his run of major international appearances with a return to Stade de France.

The National Football League announced that Burna Boy will perform during the Pittsburgh Steelers’ game against the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, 25 October 2026. Kick-off is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. CEST at the Stade de France in Paris.

The Paris game is part of the NFL’s expanded international programme for the 2026 season. The league said the performance will be one of seven halftime shows staged across its international games this year.

For Burna Boy, the event marks another appearance at a venue where he has already made history. In April 2025, he became the first African artist to headline Stade de France.

The NFL said the Paris fixture will be the first regular-season league game played in France. Burna Boy’s halftime performance is expected to be broadcast live in France alongside coverage of the game.

The booking adds another global sports stage to the Nigerian singer’s international profile and places African music at the centre of the entertainment programme for the NFL’s Paris debut.
