President Muhammadu Buhari has joined Nigerians in congratulating ex-President, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan as he turns 61 on Tuesday, November, 20. In a statement issued by the president’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, In Abuja, on Monday, said that the life journey of the former president remains an inspiration to every young Nigerian of the possibilities that await anyone willing to learn, work hard and participate in making the country great. 
He prayed that God strengthens the former president, grants him a long life and blesses his family. The president who congratulated Jonathan on publishing his memoir, My Transition Hours, which would be launched as part of the ceremonies marking his birthday, also encouraged Nigerians to follow the same example of sharing their experience in writing. He prayed that the Almighty God would strengthen the ex-president, grant him a long life and bless his family.
We earlier reported that Jonathan will be launching his new book on the same day, an event that would be graced with dignitaries from across Africa with the President himself, Muhammadu Buhari, in attendance as a special guest of honour.
