Singer and actress Miley Cyrus, despite losing her multi0million dollar home to wildfires last week as well as her guitars worth $10,00 being stolen, Miley is still bursting with so much joy. 
Miley stepped out in an all-black ensemble which saw her forgoing her bra and freeing her nipples. Her ensemble comprised of a black turtleneck top, black leather skirt and a black purse.
