Kate Middleton And Prince Williams Reveal Their Son Prince Louis’ Godparents

Kate Middleton And Prince Williams have announced the godparents of Prince Louis who will be christened at St James’ Palace later today. According to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, they have asked a total of six people – three godfathers and three godmothers, all of whom are friends or family of Their Royal Highnesses. They include; Prince William’s old friends Nicholas van Cutsem, fellow Etonian Harry Aubrey-Fletcher as well as the wife of royal wedding speech-maker, James Meade – The Lady Laura Meade. Guy Pelly, a celebrity nightclub, Tonteria, owner in Chelsea, is another prominent name on the list. Kate also has old school friend Mrs Robert Carter, Hannah Carter, as well as her cousin Lucy Middleton on the list. Baby Louis’ godparents will partake in the private 40-minute traditional religious ceremony, which begins 4 pm4pm, in the intimate, oak-panelled chapel. The royal couple has also announced the guest list for today’s event – including the Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Kate’s family to include her father Michael Middleton, her pregnant sister Pippa along with her husband James Matthews, and her brother James.  Photo Credit: Getty
