Popular Instagram sensation, Speed Darlington was caught urinating in public in New York and was fined after. In the video which has surfaced online, the rapper could be seen getting a fine of $29 as he asked the officer to clarify the law that prohibits him from taking a piss in public. 
The rapper later went on to rant online saying the police officer was just jealous of him that was he was given a ticket.
