According to reports, the Governor of Adamawa State, Sen. Mohammed Jibrilla Bindow, has presented a budget proposal of N230.9 billion for the 2019 fiscal year before the state House of Assembly. 
According to the governor, the sum of N127,494,176,800 which represents percent would be spent on development projects while N103,495,235,575; being 45 percent, would take care of recurrent expenditures.
