 The police in Ghana has arrested a grandma Aisha Tetteh, 62, and her accomplice 36-year-old, Godson Ablor, for abusing her 13-year old granddaughter. According to reports, the woman dipped her granddaughter’s hand into the fire for stealing meat. Effa Tenge, Police Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Accra Regional Command, said the incident took place at about 8pm on Tuesday, November 27, 2018.  Effa while speaking on the case said the accused the victim of stealing meat from two separate pots of soup belonging to Aisha and Ablor’s wife on the same day. She continued saying even as though the victim denied, Aisha and Ablor decided to punish her. Ablor allegedly used a razor blade to cut the left fingers of the victim before shoving her left hand into the burning charcoal.Photo Credit: Getty
