Brazil 2-0 Mexico: Neymar And Firmino Launch Brazil To The Quarterfinals

Brazil sealed their spot in the quarterfinal of the 2018 FIFA world cup, courtesy of two stunning goals from Neymar Dos Santos and Roberto Firmino.

The Samba Boys took the lead in the 51st minute, when the most expensive footballer on earth, Neymar scored a close range shot, after the North Americans maintained a defensive game throughout the early moments of the match.

The match got physical shortly after, as the referee had to issue three yellow cards within 20 minutes to both sides.
Liverpool’s Roberto Firmino eventually sealed the victory in the 88th minute, after pouncing on a loose ball in the 18-yard. Brazil will face either Belgium or Japan in the quarterfinal of the tournament.
