Big Sam Is Back! Sam Allardyce Confirmed As Everton Coach

Former Bolton Wanderers, Blackburn Rovers, Newcastle United, West Ham, Sunderland and England coach, Sam Allardyce, came out of retirement on Wednesday afternoon when he was announced as the new head coach of Everton football club.
Big Sam penned an 18-month contract with the toffees on Wednesday as he added former Leicester City head coach, Craig Shakespeare, and his long-standing assistant, Sammy Lee, to his backroom staff at Goodison park.
Allardyce appointment was confirmed by Everton’s majority shareholder, Farhad Moshiri, in his press statement. Moshiri said “I really want to give him the support he needs. He can go as far as he wants. We need a strong leader, he gives us that.”
Big Sam will be tasked with rescuing Everton from their disastrous 2017-18 campaign, with the club currently sitting two points above the relegation zone after 13 league games.
