Ruma B is a US based Muslim fashion and style influencer born in Bangladesh. She spent the majority of her childhood in Queens, New York and moved to Detroit the mid 90s. Ruma is a recent graduate of Wayne State University in Communication Studies.
According to her, growing up with two brothers influenced her sense of style as she loved wearing her brothers oversized t-shirts and sweats while growing up. Using fashion and social media as a tool, this modest fashionista has been able to inspire young muslim ladies on how to showcase their style without compromising their religious beliefs.
