The rate at which Netflix has taken over Nollywood movies and its production is worth commending. 
A lot of directors and producers are coming on board with Netflix to make African magic on the big screen. So here are 5 Nollywood moguls who have landed multi-title deals with Netflix.
1. Mo Abudu
Media mogul Mo Abudu has not only etched her name in the sand of time but she has set the pace for a lot of youngsters in the entertainment industry. She is known as one of the Nigerians taking Nollywood to the global stage following her various deals with Netflix. The latest of them all is the mini-series Blood Sisters, that featured a lot of A-List characters and blew the minds of movie lovers. As part of its continued expansion into Africa, American media streaming service and producer, Netflix, has partnered with Nigerian filmmaker Mo Abudu to create new content from the west African nation. Abudu, who owns the production company, EbonyLife TV has been dropping amazing series and movies to date.

2. Kunle Afolayan
Another movie giant who has carved a niche for himself as a director, actor and producer is Kunle Afolayan. It comes as no surprise that he would bag a multi-title partnership with entertainment giant Netflix because his works are always worth the hype and accolades. Kunle Afolayan always knows how to reach out to his audience in a very relatable way, while portraying the African culture in grand style.

3. Kemi Adetiba
Following the success of her first movie King of Boys, Kemi Adetiba made it known that Netflix approached her for a collaboration. Looking at how well KOB did on the Netflix platform and the huge fan base it has, it is only expected that we get a sequel, which turned out to be a Netflix original mini-series and it was worth the hype.
4. Genevieve Nnaji
Genevieve Nnaji is not just a terrific actress but also an ace director. She proved that she is worth all the praises that she has received thus far when she bagged a $3.5million deal with Netflix, as they acquired her debut directorial movie Lionheart. The actress bagged the million dollar deal for her movie while still retaining full copyright and ownership of the movie.
5. Izu Ojukwu
Izu Ojukwu is one Nigerian film director who always drops jaws when he is a part of a movie. His movies have bagged several Netflix deals that from Amina to ‘76‘ the list goes on and on. In 2007 he won Best Director for Sitanda at the 3rd Africa Movie Academy Awards, which received nine nominations and won five awards at the event, including Best Picture and Best Nigerian Film. In the movie world he is a guru.
