Businessman Mompha has shared a lawsuit notice addressed to a crossdresser Bobrisky for defamation and libelous publication made concerning him in the past. The businessman shared the law notice via his Instagram page.
He shared that he demands a retraction, apology, and one billion naira in damages over the publication. He accused Bobrisky of making a false claim of him borrowing his car each time he’s in Nigeria. The businessman further alleged that the crossdresser carried out a campaign to smear his name with the assertion of him being “an audio billionaire renting cars in Dubai for the gram”.
The businessman asked the Internet sensation to prove that he rents cars, Mompha demanded an apology which should be published in two newspapers within 7 days and N1bn as damages over the claims he described as “malicious”. He urged his fans to disregard all publications by the crossdresser against his person as full actions are now being taken by his legal squad.
