Military troops finally repels attack and captures Fulani Bandits in Taraba state.

Military troops of 101 Special Forces Battalion were deployed in Exercise on Wednesday, 18 Aril, 2018. While the troops were on patrol to Zamban village in Suntai Local Government Area of Taraba state, fulani bandits had been in the area for another attack. The troop successfully prevented the attack and were able to catch one of the bandits.

In a statement issued by the Director Army Public Relations in Wednesday, Texas Chukwu said one of the bandits was captured during the encounter. The captured suspect is currently undergoing interrogation.
The items recovered were one AK 47 Rifle,Three Dane Gun, one Round of 7.62mm Special, 36 Cartridges, Three Cutlasses, One Jack Knife, one Mobile Phone amongst others. Photo Credit: Getty
