The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle paid a surprise visit to Wimbledon in order to cheer her friend and tennis pro, Serena Williams in her second round match. This would make it the second time Meghan would be at the Wimbledon as a royal, the first time being last summer with Kate Middleton.
Meghan attended the game with two of her friends, Genevieve Hills and Lindsay Roth. Williams, who played on Thursday against Slovenia’s Kaja Juvan, ranked number 133, is currently ranked the number 10 tennis player in the world. 
The star won the second round match in the third set, 2-6 6-2 6-4. Markle attended the game with two friends.
