DMW act Mayorkun over the weekend at the 12th Nigerian Entertainment Awards held in New York bagged home the Best New Act 2017 award.
This award came as a well-deserved victory for the “Mama” crooner who has been on spells of hit tracks since his official debut in the music industry in 2016.
You will recall that Mayorkun also won the Rookie Of The Year Award at the Headies last year. The award which came as a result of the buzzing impact of his debut track, “Eleko”.
With his 2017 hits, “Sade“, “Mama“, “Che Che“, Best New Act Award at the NEA is a well-deserved victory.
