A Nigerian couple-to-be have been found dead in Victory park Estate, Lagos with reports revealing that the man had stabbed his fiancee to death and then drunk sniper to take his own life at his home on Sunday, 21st June.
Chris Ndukwe, 39, and Olamide Alli, 25 were said to have been dating on and off for over 7 years and two sons together – 7 and 3, though they have not been living together. Their bigger trouble started when the mandatory DNA test they did for their Canadian visa showed he is not the father of the second child.

Residents in the estate, while speaking to newsmen about the incidence, noted that Chris and Olamide moved into the estate three weeks ago with their two young children and nothing much was known about them except that they went jogging on Saturday night before the incidence.
Chris was said to have confronted Olamide aggressively of the boy’s paternity and when he got no answer, he allegedly tied her hands, taped her mouth and began to uproot her braids with pliers. As if that was not enough, he allegedly stabbed her viciously in the eyes and about 11 times all over her body, after which he took sniper.
Giving an update, Chris’ friend who reportedly decided to remain anonymous in his discussion with LIB noted that Olamide had taken the boys to Chris’ house and together, they went jogging. On return, Olamide offered to give him dinner and later at night, went to his room to spend some time with him while her sister was in the room with the boys. This was when Chris perpetrated the act, according to the friend.
He further revealed that Chris had kept the plans of the forthcoming wedding going despite the trouble, and had called a comedian few weeks ago to book him for the event. ”There has been an issue that has been coming up about the second child. He planned to get married to her in August. He had told friends about it. This is the most confusing for everyone. He had called a comedian earlier to tell him he was going to be the MC at the occasion. He had told our older friends that are doctors that they would accompany him to go do the normal legal rites”, the anonymous friend reportedly said.

Confirming the incidence to LIB, “It is true. Homicide detectives have sealed up the place. They have commenced investigation. The corpse of the man and the woman have been moved to the hospital for an autopsy. Two kitchen knives were found there and two bottles of Sniper. The woman had injuries from stabbing while foams were coming out of the man’s mouth who is suspected to have taken those Snipers. Investigation is ongoing“, he said.
