Lupita Nyong’o looked amazing in blue suit on stage during a Time’s Up panel held at the 2018 Tribeca Film Festival on Saturday (April 28) at Spring Studios in New York City.
The 35-year-old star rocked an electric blue power suit as she sat alongside Mira Sorvino, Amber Tamblyn, Cynthia Erivo and Michaela Angela Davis for the discussion titled ‘Reclaiming the Narrative’. There were many stars at the event, including fellow Oscar winners Julianne Moore, Mira Sorvino, and Marisa Tomei.
Lupita’s power suit match a pressed pair of wide-legged trousers, with a white shirt with the Time’s Up logo across the front in black lettering in support for the movement. She also wore her braided hair tied back with a pair of bright pink earrings, and a pair of vibrant pink heels.
Her panel discussion was described as ‘a dive into the roles women are cast in, the importance of telling rich stories on screen and the impact of portraying powerful female characters in film,’ according to the festival’s website. Lupita’s recently starred as Nakia in Black Panther, which has amassed $1billion at the box office since its January opening.
