Nigerian actress Lilian Afegbai has slammed people who criticise women who say they cannot date or marry a broke man, saying no one likes to suffer and people should be left to their choices.
Lilian Afegbai said this in some words she put out on her Instagram story, noting that people can keep deceiving themselves about the fact that everyone likes good things.
Stating that people can’t force others to be like them, especially if they like broke people, the actress asked that people leave others who like better things to to enjoy. She then went further to say that independent women want to be spoilt, as contrary to what many think that independent ladies do not want anything from a man as they are self-sufficient.

ITS WHAT YOU ASK FOR YOU ATTRACT…. STOP BASHING PEOPLE WHO WANT DIFFERENT FOR THEMSELVES. YOU DON’T KNOW THEIR STORY. ALL FINGERS ARE NOT EQUAL FOR A REASON”, she wrote.
