Superstar Lil Nas X has slammed fans and followers who claimed that he abandoned his mother over her drug addiction issues. In a viral video shared on social media, his mother was seen on a local Atlanta street corner begging for money or food and many wondered where are son was while watching his mother do this.
Lil Nas has however come out to slam social media users explaining that no one knows him outside the internet so they are free to form an opinion about him. He further shared that many nights he has cried himself to sleep blaming himself for his mother’s condition and also looking for ways to help her.

Lil Nas X’s father, Robert Stafford, also addressed the situation with his family on Instagram and defended his son. He said the hitmaker is the greatest kid a parent can be blessed with and over the years he has done his best to provide her every care and support that she needs.
