Lagos State Withdraws Charges Against Naira Marley And Babatunde Gbadamosi 1

Lagos State Government has withdrawn its prosecution case against Singer Azeez Fashola aka Naira Marley and ex Lagos State Gubernatorial candidate, Babatunde Gbadamosi.

Both the singer and politician and his wife who were set to be arraigned before the Magistrate court Ogba Lagos for defying the stay at home order by the State to attend the house party host by Nollywood actress Funke Akindele and her husband JJC Skillz, have been granted and bail set free after the offenders agreed to tender an apology to the President, Muhammadu Buhari and Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

This information was made public by one of the defence counsel, Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa (SAN), who spoke with journalists after the arraignment.

Unlike Funke and her hubby who was arraigned on Monday, April 6th and sentenced to 14 days community service. They were also fined N100, 000 each. Photo Credit: Getty
