President Muhammadu Buhari has urged the African Leaders to ensure security in their various countries, as he stressed the importance of peace, tranquility, and security in all countries across the African continent.
Buhari said this today when he received a special envoy of the Algerian President, who is also the country’s Foreign Minister, Mr Sabri Boukadoum, at Presidential Villa in Abuja.
According to him, as quoted in a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, the Presidents cannot manage their environments well unless it is secure. “We should all secure our countries, because if we don’t, what do we then bequeath to the next generation? We can’t grow or develop in an insecure environment”, President Buhari reportedly said. Meanwhile, Six Soldiers Killed, 20 Others Injured In Deadly Boko Haram Ambush In Nigeria
