The Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, has condemned the killing of protesters in Lekki, Lagos State and other parts of the country.
Writing on his Twitter page, he urged the President to safeguard the life and properties of the citizenry.
“I condemn in the strongest terms the reported deliberate shooting of unarmed protesters in #Lagos and other parts of #Nigeria.
