NBA international superstar player LeBron James puts pen to paper again to extend his contract by another 2-years with his current side LA Lakers in a deal worth a staggering $85million, according to the LA Times. 
The 35-year-old who won his 4th NBA Championship title last season after overcoming a resilient Miami Heat side in the decisive game 6.
The Basketball icon, who is regularly referred to as the Greatest of All Time, ahead of greats like Micheal Jordan, Larry Bird, Hakeem Olajuwon, Abdul Abduljabbar and Magic Johnson, last season won his 4th NBA Finals MVP and is now heading into his 3rd season at the Lakers. LeBron who had previously claimed titles with Cleveland Cavaliers and Miami Heats.
James has agreed to a new two-year contract extension worth £63million with Frank Vogel’s team.
The forward averaged 25.3 points in the regular season, as well as a league-high 10.2 assists and 7.8 rebounds per game.
He also produced the second most amount of triple-doubles with 13 and averaged a career-low 34.6 minutes across his 67 appearances.
