Lagos State Govt Seals Mosque, Hotels Over Noise Pollution

The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) has sealed a mosque, hotels, and other establishments across the state.

LASEPA sealed up the establishments as part of efforts to tackle noise pollution in the state.

In a post on X, the agency said the affected establishments were located in the Oshodi/Isolo area of the state.

According to LASEPA: “As part of its ongoing initiatives to tackle noise pollution and other environmental violations, yesterday, LASEPA sealed several establishments, including a mosque, a company, and hotels in the Oshodi/Isolo area of the state for various environmental infractions.

“The facilities affected are Adura Agba Ratibi Mosque, Stag Engineering Nig Ltd, Green Point Hotel, 4 Season Hotel and Suites, Big Apple Hotel and Suites, Honey Dew Hotel and Suites, Humble Signature Hotel and Suites, and New Ground Hotel.”
