Lagos State Government Extends Curfew To 9pm

The Lagos state government has extended the curfew imposed on the state from 4pm to 9pm after soldiers opened fire on protesters at the Lekki tollgate. The state government made the announcement on Twitter.

The state government said the curfew was extended to enable people who are stuck in traffic in various locations of the state get home safely. The Lagos state governor earlier today imposed a 4pm curfew on the state to help return normalcy to the EndSARS protest.
