Today is another day to seal Lagos State as the centre of excellence, not just in trade and commerce but also of ment and drama as a driver stripped naked in Ikeja to resist arrest.
The driver was said to have erred, disobeying the Lagos State traffic rules and was gong to be apprehended by some operatives of the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency LASTMA.
Building up in stubbornness, the driver reported lamented how LASTMA officials have frustrated his life, stating that he was arrested just yesterday and was unable to send his delivery fee to the owner of the vehicle.

As they made to arrest him today, he went ahead to create a scene. Without shame, the driver removed his clothes and went under the LASTMA operational van.
