Ruby Barker is a 24-year-old British actress best known for her role in the CBBC’s hit fantasy drama, Wolfblood. She was born and brought up in Glasgow and attended Tadcaster Grammar School in England to study drama and theatre.
The talented young actress has quickly become one of the most talked about up and coming stars thanks to her role in the new Netflix series Bridgerton.
Although the talented actress is not part of the show’s siblings, she still holds a vital role in the story.

Ruby has loved performing for as long as she can remember, however, acting wasn’t her introduction into the performance world. Instead, she began as a dancer. When she was younger, she took dance lessons almost every Saturday at the Elizabeth Murray School of Dance.
At age 11, she made her first TV appearance in a commercial for the Royal Bank of Scotland’s “Money Sense” campaign. Since then, she’s done a handful of theater productions and even landed two guest leads on BBC’s Doctors. In addition to her latest role as Marina (a cousin to the Featherington sisters), Barker has also played her first lead part in an independent feature film, How To Stop A Recurring Dream, which is set to be released in the not too distant future.
And by the looks of her Instagram, it seems the TV star enjoys painting and traveling in her spare time.
