KOKO Drinks: Delicious Homemade Banana Protein Shake

Yay! It’s time for another KOKO drinks and another protein shake recipe.


Homemade protein shakes are a great way to quickly get all sorts of protein as well as fill you up for a meal replacement. You can have protein shake every morning for breakfast.  They take less than 5 minutes to make and are super delicious.

Preparation and cooking time:
 
The easiest, tastiest way to pack in the protein. Shake up your morning with this delicious, creamy drink you can make in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 170g fat-free Greek yogurt (we used Total)
  • 150ml unsweetened soya milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 25g cooked quinoa
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla bean paste

Method

  • STEP 1

    Blend all the ingredients together until smooth, pour into a glass and serve immediately.
