Karius Bizarre Error: Salah Consoles Liverpool Keeper After Another Error Lead To Defeat

Loris KariusLiverpool’s Mohammed Salah has taken to his Twitter handle to express his support for the club’s goalkeeper, Loris Karius, following his astonishing errors in their 3-1 defeat to Dortmund in the International Champion’s Cup yesterday. In his tweet post-match, the Egyptian consoled Loris, urging him to “stay strong Karius, it has happened to the best of players”. Salah went further by encouraging him to “ignore those who hate”.
Loris KariusThe 25-year-old German, Karius, had come under heavy criticism from fans after he also failed to grasp a Pulisic’s shot which allowed Jacob Bruun Larsen to score Dortmund’s third goal in the final minutes of the game. After the match, Karius had taken to his Instagram page to hit back at “those who take joy in seeing other people fail or suffer”.
Loris KariusThis is not the first of such errors, however. The Liverpool FC goalkeeper had been blamed widely for their 3-1 lose to Real Madrid in the Champions’ League where his errors on goal had gifted Madrid some goals. Earlier today, Karius had been in the news as rumors spread of his impending exit. Liverpool has already secured a new man in goal, but Karius’ transfer may not be as a result of the errors.
As criticisms pour in, others like Iker Casillas have come to the defense of Karius. Casillas, a former Real Madrid goalkeeper had said that Karius is “also a person”. But, if Karius would still remain at Liverpool, is still a subject of much debate.  Loris Karius
