Kanye West has embarked on a concerning Twitter rant accusing his wife, Kim Kardashian, of trying to ‘lock [him] up’, comparing his life to the movie Get Out and also vowing that his children will ‘never do Playboy’.
The Jesus Walks rapper held his first campaign rally last weekend after announcing his plans to run for US president, and broke down in tears as he revealed he and Kim considered aborting their eldest daughter North.
Hours later, Kanye, 43, launched into a lengthy Twitter tirade mentioning his wife Kim, as well as his mother-in-law Kris Jenner, rapper Drake and actor Shia LaBeouf.

‘Kim was trying to fly to Wyoming with a doctor to lock me up like on the movie Get Out because I cried about saving my daughters life yesterday,’ Kanye tweeted before demanding that Kim and Kris ‘call me now’.
The Grammy-winning rapper is diagnosed with bipolar disorder and has been open about his mental health battles in the past.
He went on to share photos of his children, North, seven, Saint, five, Chicago, two, and Psalm, one, while claiming: ‘West children will never do playboy west.’
In now-deleted tweets, Kanye added: ‘I put my life on my God that Norths mom would never photograph her doing playboy and that’s on God,’ while also mentioning Kim’s sex tape which was released before they met in 2007.
Referring to Jordan Peele’s blockbuster horror movie Get Out, Kanye also said: ‘Everybody knows the movie get out is about me.’
After deleting the tweets, Kanye announced he’ll ‘focus on music now’ and would be releasing his new album, Donda, on Friday.
Kim, 39, has not spoken out since Kanye’s campaign rally or his Twitter rant.
It comes just hours after Kanye claimed he and Kim considered aborting their daughter North when the reality star fell pregnant in 2012.
During the event on Sunday, the rapper told the audience: ‘My mum saved my life. My Dad wanted to abort me… My mum saved my life, there would have been no Kanye West because my dad was too busy.’
Overwhelmed with tears, he added: ‘I almost killed my daughter.’
Recalling the moment he and Kim thought about abortion, Kanye explained: ‘In the Bible, it says, “Thou shall not kill”. I remember that my girlfriend called me screaming and crying, and I was just thinking, because at that time I was a rapper I was out there, [had] different girlfriends and everything… and she said, “I’m pregnant”. And I said, “Yes!” And then I said, “Uh oh”.
‘She was crying… and for one month and two months and three months, we talked about her not having this child. She had the pills in her hand.’ He continued: ‘I’m in the apartment where my wife was actually robbed, and I have my laptop up and I have all of my creative ideas, I’ve got my shoes, I’ve got my next song cover… and the screen went black and white. And God said, “If you f**k with my vision I’m gonna f**k with yours”.
‘And I called my wife and she said, “We’re gonna have this baby”, and I said “We’re gonna have this child”.’
He added: ‘Even if my wife wants to divorce me after this speech she brought North into the world even when I didn’t want to. She stood up and she protected that child.’
Kim and Kanye have been married since 2014 and share three other children – Saint, five, Chicago, two, and one-year-old Psalm.
Kanye announced his plans to run for president earlier in July and hopes either Jay Z or Wyoming preacher Michelle Tidball agrees to be his running mate.
