Kano state governor, Abdullahi Ganduje says the state has been doing very well in the war against coronavirus and curbing the spread of the virus.
Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Mr Abba Anwar made this in a statement where he quoted the governor on Saturday in Kano.
Ganduje stated that the state was able to record this move due to its dedication to eradicating the virus from the state.
The governor said, “While NCDC sets 100 benchmark of sample collection per state, Kano State’s sample collection goes up to hundreds.

“Strengthening and stabilising the position which also led to drastic drop of the pandemic in the state.
“With the trend of samples collected, tested and the results that came out of them, we are really winning the war against COVID-19 in the State.”Photo Credit: Twitter
