Ahead of Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin’s highly anticipated wedding< the duo were seen making their way into a Marriage License Bureau in New York City.  
According to insiders who weren’t ready to spill the whole information about what happened in the courthouse but only said, Beiber was crying the whole time they spent in the Marriage Bureau and the only thing he kept saying to Hailey was ” I can’t wait to marry you”
 And according to multiple reports Marriage license issued in New York are usually valid 24 hours after it’s issued until 60 calendar days from the Issue, so its safe to say that Bieber and Baldwin might be tying the Nuptial Knots soon.
