Lagos state governor Gov. Sanwo-Olu has assured Lagosians and the family of Bamise that justice will be served. The governor took to his official social media page to speak on the case noting that the security of the people of the state is very important to his government and no stone will be left unturned in ensuring that those culpable for the act are arrested.
He noted that the driver has been arrested and the Lagos Bus Service Ltd has been directed to cooperate fully with security agencies in their investigations. Sanwo-Olu assured citizens that he will follow the investigations closely ensuring that she gets the justice she deserves. He further assured Lagosians that the BRT buses still remain safe, despite this condemnable act. The news of the disappearance of the young fashion designer broke over the weekend and social media users have been demanding justice.
