The Peoples Democratic Party Governors Forum Chairman, Aminu Tambuwal, has resigned from his chairmanship position.
Tambuwal, who is also the Sokoto State Governor, announced his resignation at the ongoing Board of Trustees meeting in Abuja.
However, just today the chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Sen. Walid Jibrin has also resigned from his position.

He disclosed this at the National Executive Council meeting currently going on in Abuja.
