The main collation agent for Peoples Democratic Party PDP presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, Johnson Fatoki, has defected to the All Progressives Congress APC.
Ahead of the gubernatorial and House of Assembly elections that will take place next week, Fatoki joined the ruling party.

His defection increased the number of opposition party leaders who have joined what commentators have dubbed a “political transfer market” and moved over to Governor Dapo Abidoun’s side.
Apart from Fatoki, other chieftains of Atiku’s PDP who dumped joined APC, include Segun Seriki, Otunba Femi Osifade, Alhaji Saula Adegunwa, Ralph Olaosebikan and Mr Tola Mebude.

Others are the former Financial Secretary of PDP in Ogun State, Bola Odumosun, Chairman of the Elders Council, Alhaji T.A. Olatokunbo, Alhaja Fatimo Sonibare, former chairman of Ijebu East Local Government, Michael Agbolaade and former House of Assembly member, Akeem Salami.
