Italian-born player Cesare Casadei joins Chelsea Football Club from Inter Milan. Although Chelsea has completed yet another young signing as they also continue to push for the likes of Wesley Fofana and Anthony Gordon.
Cesare completed the medical tests in London on Thursday afternoon and then signed a contract as a new Chelsea player.
Deal done with Inter for €15m fee plus €5m add-ons – Italian midfielder born in 2003 joins CFC immediately.
Cesare Casadei featured in Italy’s Primavera 1 division 30 times for Inter and netted 14 goals and 4 assists last season and added three more contributions in the UEFA Youth League.
The signing sees Chelsea’s summer spending approach £200million following transfers for Kalidou Koulibaly, Raheem Sterling, and Marc Cucurella.
