Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool Hold Everton To A Goalless Draw

Jurgen Klopp’s men had luck o their side as their Merseyside derby clash against Sam Allardyce’s Everton ended in a stalemate.
The Reds left a good number of key players out of their starting team, as they turned to the likes of Dominic Solanke and Danny Ings, to partner with Sadio Mane upfront. Liverpool dominated game-play in the early hours of the match, but their closest chance came in the dying minutes of the half, when Solanke headed the ball towards Jordan Pickford. His attempt was however, too high, and both teams had to settle for an uneventful first half.
The home team sparked to life in the early minutes of the second half. They dominated, possession, shot on goals, shot on target, and every other thing they could possibly control. But their efforts couldn’t find the back of the net despite their numerous goal-bound attempts.
